Quick answers for using the School Portal.
Students
How do I create my account?
Press Sign up, find your school, choose I am a student and enter the school code your teacher or school office gives you. Then create a password, enter your name, age and year group. You get a student login code at the end, so write it down.
How do I log in?
On the School Portal Home page press I am a student, then enter your student login code and your password.
I have forgotten my password or login code
Ask your teacher or school office. Your School Account Manager can help you get back in.
How do I join my class?
Your teacher adds you to their class, or gives you a class code. Enter the class code on your dashboard under My classes.
Teachers
How do I create my teacher account?
Press Sign up, find your school, choose I am a teacher and enter your school code, name, school email address, subject and a password. Confirm your email from the link we send you.
Why can't I see my classes yet?
Your School Account Manager must approve your account first. You will see a waiting message on your dashboard until they do.
How do I log in?
On the School Portal Home page press I am a teacher, then enter your school email address and password.
How does the gradebook work?
Open a class and choose Gradebook. Record marks for homework, class tests and assessments in each class.
Where do I find exam questions?
Open Resource Hub in your workspace to use ECZ, Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level worksheets and practice questions.
Where is the scheme of learning?
Resource Hub has schemes of work for each subject and grade, so you can follow them lesson by lesson.
How are reports made?
School and student reports build automatically from your classes, registers, marks and quizzes. Find them under Insights.
School Account Managers
How do I approve a teacher?
Log in with the School Account Manager link on the Home page, open your teachers and use Approve or Decline next to each request.
Where do pupils and teachers get the school code?
Your school code is shown on your dashboard. Share it with your pupils and teachers. Teachers still need your approval after they sign up.
